The good news is that the director/writer did provide a Your Name sequel called Kimi no Na wa: Another Side - Earthbound, and the release date for the English translation is coming soon.

Your sub selection is also bad, the main track is some random dude nobody has even heard of, the MTBB subs are 'modified' and that usually means nothing good, you included terrible subs from Nii-sama but didn't include decent subs by Commie. there's also no point in tone-mapping HDR since the movie was produced in SDR, you should've just used one of the SDR sources, preferably the Italian BD, as it had the best video quality and it was the only one with the correct frame rate of 24 fps It's a horrendous sharpened and upscaled hevc encode (the show was produced in 1080p, not 4K and the UHD BDs were upscaled).
